By accessing the website, Swarp AI, or the client workspace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Swarp Foundation provides software development, consulting, product design, AI integration, blockchain, infrastructure, and related digital services.

• ›The website and workspace may change as products evolve

You are responsible for using your account lawfully and keeping your Google account secure.

• ›Workspace access requires Google sign-in
• ›You must provide accurate project and contact information
• ›You must not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, abuse, or service disruption

Dashboard quotes are estimates unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise. Payment instructions are provided for approved project workflows.

• ›Fees, timelines, and deliverables may depend on scope, dependencies, and third-party costs
• ›Bank transfer references must be used exactly as shown to match payments to projects

Swarp AI is an assistant interface and may use third-party model providers. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should not replace professional advice.

• ›Do not submit secrets, private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary sensitive information
• ›Token, investment, regulatory, or legal content is informational only unless separately agreed in writing

Swarp Foundation and its licensors retain rights in the website, brand, software, designs, content, and pre-existing materials. Project deliverable ownership is governed by the applicable written agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swarp Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the services.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Courts in Milan, Italy have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer or data-protection rules provide otherwise.
